Notify suppliers of any discrepancies identified in incoming consignments compared to the original invoice;
Record new stock consignments promptly and accurately;
Submit customs declarations through the Malta Customs online portal to facilitate timely clearance of goods;
Oversee inventory location transfers within the internal stock management system;
Support sales department managers by providing updates on stock levels, product expiries, and profit margins;
Update product pricing and make necessary adjustments to stock records;
Report to management on products approaching their expiry date;
Place orders to replenish inventory as needed;
Review and correct inventory levels for items returned from retail outlets;
Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical stock and system records within required timeframes;
Maintain strict confidentiality and demonstrate a high level of professionalism at all times.
Experience
Hold an O’ level standard of education or an equivalent qualification;
Strong proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken;
Well-versed in Microsoft Office, with a particular focus on Word and Excel;
Prior experience in inventory management.
