Sport Club Sales and Printing Lead

Eurosport offers the most complete end to end sports products in the Maltese Islands and is synonymous with powerful brands in each product category. 

We are looking for a Sport Club Sales and Printing Lead who is passionate about sports and football, and who will be responsible for the promotion and coordination of the sales of sports club kits, apparel, and accessories. This role involves engaging with sport club members and customers, managing inventory and leading the team in this department.

Key Responsibilities

Sport Club Sales

•Oversee the sales of sports club kits and merchandise.

•Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.

•Generate new leads and new business, increasing sales, as well as increasing in-store daily sales to sport clubs. 

•Build relationships with club members to encourage repeat purchases.

•Ensure that there is sufficient stock for each club, and co-ordinate accordingly. 

•Coordinate with coaches and team leaders for customized kits and apparel orders.

•Provide feedback to management on product performance and customer preferences.

Printing Section

•Understand all areas of the department and ensure continuous improvement and excellent service.

•Provide printing service to customers in line with Sport Club standards and specifications. 

•Check and ensure that the Printing Section store is always clean and well organised.

•Motivate and lead the Printing Section team to ensure that they provide an excellent printing service to clubs and customers.

The ideal candidate will:

•Be familiar with the local sport club scene locally

•Have excellent communication and customer-centred skills

•Able to work in a fast-paced environment

•Be sales and customer oriented

•Have excellent organisation and team management skills

•Be proficient inf Microsoft Office and Excel.
