Shop Manager (Electrical supplies)

As Shop Manager (Electrical supplies) you will be selling the company’s products and services while maintaining a good relationship with both existing and prospective clients. Forming part of an enthusiastic sales team your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers with their selection process, providing guidance on products and aftersales
• Following up on the sales orders and making sure agreed time frames are met
• Expanding client portfolio
• Being aware of ongoing promotions set by the company and preparing offers to clients
• Understanding the strategically set targets and achieving them
• Handling customer’s complaints in a timely and effective manner
• Implementing new sales Initiatives
• Managing and delegating work distributions within the team
• Carrying out quality and quantity checking of goods (incoming and outgoing)
• Maintaining stores organized and coordinating stock control and stock takes
