Shop Manager

Job Description
IZIBET in Malta is looking to recruit a Shop Manager to join their team on a full-time basis. Reporting directly to the Area Manager, this position requires an individual who would like to work in a dynamic customer service environment with a leading retail sports betting company with outlets across Malta and Gozo. 

The candidate will be mainly responsible for:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of an IZIBET sports betting outlet;
• Being responsible for the opening and closing of the shop;
• Being the first point of contact with our customers and making sure they have the best experience in our shops;
• Handling queries and ensuring that any technical issues are followed up and resolved in a timely manner;
• Ensuring the shop is kept clean and tidy at all times.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have excellent communication skills in Maltese and English;
• Have experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel, E-mail - and good general IT skills;
• Have the ability to deal effectively and professionally with difficult customers;
• Have a passion for sports and gaming products;
• Be available to work weekends and public holidays;
• Be discrete and confidential;
• Be flexible and self-motivated.
