R.A. & Sons Manufacturing Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit a Sales Technician to join their team on a full-time basis.
Job Role:
The selected candidate will be responsible for selling to new prospects as well as focusing on existing customers to ensure high renewal and customer satisfaction levels. Measures of success include new customer acquisition, up-selling, cross-selling, customer satisfaction, and contribution to the overall sales team and business success.
Responsibilities:
- Have a technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in the construction industry;
- Able to read/analyze construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings/documents;
- The ability to build relationships quickly and effectively, especially with local surveyors, architects, construction engineers, etc;
- Strong English communication skills, including the ability to explain clearly, listen to the feedback of clients – and relay this to colleagues.
