KREA in Malta is looking to recruit a Sales Team Leader to join their team on a full-time basis.
Job Role:
Reporting to the Sales & Commercial Manager, as the Sales Team Leader you will be expected to run the Krea sales department smoothly and efficiently. Together with your team, you will work toward reaching sales objectives and other related KPIs. As a Sales Team Leader, you will also be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the team’s performance and addressing any staff issues that may arise. Since this is a customer-facing role, most of the Team Leader’s time is expected to be spent in the showroom.
We are looking for someone who:
Has a minimum of 2 years experience managing a team within a sales environment;
Is confident, proactive, and driven, with a strong customer ethic;
Is emotionally resilient and able to handle challenging situations;
Is fluent in Maltese and English with the ability to adjust communication style as necessary;
As a minimum, has a Diploma level of education in management or marketing;
Having experience in the design/furniture industry would be considered an asset.
