**Your Role**

We’re looking for enthusiastic Sales Representatives to act as the key link between our company and current/prospective clients. If you thrive in dynamic environments, excel at communication, and are passionate about meeting client needs, we want to hear from you.

**What You’ll Do**

* Handle both inbound and outbound calls effectively (we’ll guide you!)

* Understand clients’ hiring needs, present tailored recruitment solutions, and close the deal (full training provided)

* Spot opportunities, approach clients, and apply your own personalised approach 

* Build long-term client relationships and ensure their satisfaction while maintaining accurate records

* Achieve and exceed targets (and enjoy the rewards!)

* Maintain a neat record of your activities and collaborate with our sales and recruitment support team

* Stay informed about market trends to keep us ahead of the competition

**What You Bring**

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Energetic, positive attitude with solid organisational abilities

* Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality

* Self-motivated ready to work independently and within our multinational team

* Excellent computer literacy 

* Proficient in English and fluent in Maltese

* Professional demeanor and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service

* Previous sales success is an advantage
