Your role
Identify and approach potential clients across different industries in Malta and beyond
Build trusted, lasting relationships with decision-makers
Present and tailor our recruitment solutions to each client’s needs
Achieve and exceed your sales targets - and enjoy the rewards

What we’re looking for
Fluent in English (Maltese, Italian, or any other language is a plus)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
A self-motivated, ambitious attitude with a drive to achieve results
Proven B2B sales or client-facing experience
Confidence in networking - you know how to open doors and build trust
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple clients with ease
Willingness to learn
