The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing the assigned territory including key accounts.

Key responsibilities:
Account management: Manage and nurture relationships with all clients including key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Securing customers’ orders through regular visits of all clients within the assigned territory.
Identify new business opportunities by cross-selling to existing clients and attracting new clients within the retail and food service sectors in order to expand our market presence.
Communicate new products, new promotions and service opportunities to clients.
Collect information and pass on feedback gathered through field activity.
Collect money from clients.
When necessary, carry out merchandising activity and stock replenishment at key retail clients.
Regularly monitor stock rotation at retail clients.
Point of sale material implementation and monitoring.
Educational and skill requirements:
Be highly goal-oriented and possess excellent negotiation skills.
Possess effective communication skills in Maltese and English.
Have a passion for sales and is results-oriented.
Be able to work in a team.
