Bartoli Brothers Ltd is seeking to recruit an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to join our sales team on a full-time basis.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Maintaining working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities;

• Identifying appropriate prospects, setting appointments, making effective qualifying sales calls, and managing sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered;

• Taking orders and providing necessary follow-up to the customers.

• Collecting payments from customers.

• Providing reports of results and accomplishments to the Sales Manager.

• Creating new methods or strategies to help the sales team reach monthly goals for product revenue to increase company profitability and finding new client leads.

• Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques;

• Establishing, developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships.

• Preparing professional, complete, concise and accurate reports, proposals, contracts, booking packages, and other documentation as required;

• Working with Sales Manager to create sales strategy and forecast.

• Achieving sales objectives consistent with company volume and profit targets.

• Resolving customer's inquiries or complaints regarding company's products and service by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations

• Achieving agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

• Performing other duties as assigned and/or required by Management.

The ideal candidate must have

• 1-3 years of similar experience in the industry is required.

• Good computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Time management and organizational skills.

• Ability to set priorities and meet target goals.

• Excellent selling, negotiation, problem-solving, verbal and written communication skills.

• Detailed oriented, team player and able to work in a fast paced environment.

• Must be self-driven, self-motivated and customer service-oriented.

• Valid Driver’s licence.
