Sales Representative

The Danish Bakery Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Sales Representative to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Role:
A Career growth opportunity with a local leader within the bakery and catering industry has risen for a  Sales Representative.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Maintaining and developing effective working relationships with existing customers through regular meetings with customers and prospective customers
• Co-ordinate, monitor and keep oversight of sales orders
• Obtaining customer and market feedback and sharing information with Management
• Market penetration of new and existing products
• Improving sales performance from year to year
• Marketing and sales office administration, including sales follow-up reporting and analysis
• Co-ordinating distribution and related logistics
• Effective management, reporting and follow-up of customer complaints and also of delivery service level
• Effective communication with colleagues in sales office, operations and others
• Adhere with and understand Occupational Health and Safety
• Adhere to company rules, procedures and guidelines.

Preference shall be given to applicants having:

• At least 1 year of experience working in a similar position
• The ability to work under minimal supervision.

The applicant is required to be an honest, punctual and organized person, happy to work as part of a small team in a growing business.
