Pharma.MT Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit a Sales Representative to join their team on a full-time basis.
As a Sales Representative you will be expected to:
Present and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective clients
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Be available to support clients as needed
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales effort with team members
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Continuously improve through feedback.
The selected candidate shall have:
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office
Highly motivated and target driven
Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
Prioritising, time management, and organizational skills
Can-do attitude
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Have a good understanding of commercial dealing
Strong interpersonal skills and offering exceptional customer service on all customer related queries
Driving License.
