Sales Reliever (Retail)

As a Sales Reliever, you will be responsible for covering sales representatives’ routes during their absence, ensuring seamless service to our clients. This role requires a proactive approach to customer relationships, strong sales execution, and a drive to meet targets.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain sales coverage across designated areas in the absence of permanent sales reps.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

• Ensure product availability, visibility, and effective merchandising at retail outlets.

• Promote and sell company products, meeting sales targets.

• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing queries and resolving issues.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or a related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and adapt to different sales territories.

• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Malta.

• Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.
