SOHO Office Space Malta is currently recruiting a Sales & Relationship Manager to join their dynamic team on a full-time basis. 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new revenue channels for the business while maintaining the existing relationship between in-house clients and partners. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving the sales team and closing the sales on office space across several locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sales and relations including Preparing, negotiating, and revising contracts 
  • Responsible for organic lead generation 
  • Update and manage the CRM platform 
  • Develop online sales strategies, B2B.
  • Liaise with sales representatives weekly to update workspace availability and discuss sales strategies 
  • Financial control – work closely and follow up with the accounts department 
  • Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
  • Work closely with the Directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals
  • Handle and arrange viewings of the business centers  
  • Identify new revenue streams and markets for the business
  • Develop new affiliate products and preferred partners
  • Maintain occupancy rates.


Requirements & Experience:

  • Experience in a sales position of two years or more 
  • Understanding of contracts: Drafting, negotiating, and closing 
  • Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss
  • Experience in a position with face-to-face sales of one year or more 
  • Confident in their ability to sell/close a deal 
  • Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees 
  • Project manage ‘online sale strategies’.
  • Increase sales of online B2B products
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Fluent in English (Speaking and writing).


Working hours:

  • Monday to Friday: standard business hours.
