Our client is seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to join their fast-paced, dedicated team that excels at delivering a fantastic product to our agents and students from all over the world. The core aim of this position is that of achieving sustainable growth by managing business relationships with key agents, attracting new agents and overseeing all direct client and agent-based marketing efforts

Responsibilities

  • To oversee commercial realities faced by the business from a sales and marketing perspective whilst reporting to the school General Manager.
  • Maintain and improve marketing efforts on an international level by targeting both agents and direct clients.
  • Explore new international markets in order to generate and foster new business.
  • Attend key international education fairs and conferences.
  • Manage all traditional and digital media marketing efforts.
  • Deploy a strategic approach to the sales and marketing function.
  • Deal with financial and performance-based metrics and KPIs.
  • Oversee enquiries, quotes and bookings from international agents and students by email, telephone and in person.
  • Manage the pricing of courses, accommodation options, transfers and other services provided by the school in line with strategic needs and work on mechanisms to issue bespoke quotations.
  • Communicate and liaise with suppliers and accommodation providers on a daily basis.
  • Ensure that agency and student information is accurately recorded within school databases.
  • Deal professionally with agent and student customer welfare as and when required.
  • Contribute to the improvement, development and expansion of the products and services


Requirements

  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Strong IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and relevant digital marketing tools.
  • The ability to communicate effectively and proactively in a customer-facing role.
  • The ability to think fast and multi-task when necessary.
  • The ability to proactively generate and develop new markets and business.
  • The drive, enthusiasm and passion to be part of a busy, dynamic department in a thriving and growing company
