Ecopure Limited, a subsidiary of Farsons Group, is looking to fill the Sales & Marketing Executive position. The company distributes premium San Michel bottled water and offers water coolers and dispensers for both rental and purchase.
Reporting to the Business Manager, the chosen candidate will focus on discovering new sales prospects, capitalizing on business opportunities, and nurturing positive client relationships within Ecopure Limited.
The selected candidate will be required to:
Prospect the business development of the company and implement approved plans
Prospect and qualify new customers while maintaining personal corporate customer contact and visit clients accordingly;
Negotiate agreements with customers according to established business parameters
In liaison with the Group Marketing team, action marketing strategies as per budget allocations;
Motivate and mentor Sales Coordinator /s to meet targets;
Analyse field sales reports, reporting to the Business Manager sales reports as necessary;
Report to management on prevailing business trends and competitors' general activities and services;
Collect payments and effect liaisoning with the finance / credit unit of the Company
Assist customer complaints with prompt resolution on product / service problems that may develop;
Participate in the setup, monitoring and supervision of promotional events.
The selected candidate will:
possess a proven track record in sales management;
have excellent communication, organisation and negotiation skills;
be self-motivated; show initiative and capable to work both within a professional team and independently;
be ICT literate; preparing reports, presentations and contributing to business strategies as directed by the Business Manager
be expected to have at least post secondary level of education.
