Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Managers to join our team in Malta. Your main responsibility will be to promote and sell EPOS solutions and business bank accounts to local businesses, helping them modernize their operations and streamline payments.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in both Maltese and English and a good understanding of the Maltese business environment.

Key Responsibilities

● Identify and engage small and medium-sized businesses across Malta, offering tailored EPOS and business account solutions.

● Conduct face-to-face meetings, product demonstrations, and onboarding support.

● Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.

● Maintain ongoing relationships with new and existing clients.

● Stay updated on Wamo products, market developments, and competitors.

● Represent Wamo at local events, trade fairs, and networking opportunities.

Requirements

● Proven sales flair is essential. While experience in financial services, EPOS, payments, or fintech is a strong advantage, it is not a strict requirement.

● Demonstrated success in B2B sales, with excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills.

● Fluency in both Maltese and English is required.

● Good knowledge of the Maltese business landscape is considered a strong asset.

● MQF Level 5 qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Candidates with MQF Level 4 and strong practical sales experience will also be considered.

● Familiarity with CRM tools and digital platforms.

● Valid Maltese driving licence and access to own transport (preferred for field sales).
