Sales Manager (Electrical/Lighting)

Our client, a leading importer and distributor brand of paints, building materials, lighting and flooring solutions, is looking for a new Sales Manager to join the lighting department. The successful candidate will be responsible for;

• Generating revenue and yields across all products of the brand.
• Implementing and attaining all budgeted performance targets.
• Attaining a leading market share for each brand within specified milestones.

• Minimum 5 years of field sales experience
• Experience in a similar industry (lighting/electrical) is a must
• Exposure to brand management
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Excellent written and verbal skills in Maltese and English is a requirement
• Fluency in Italian will be considered an asset
• Experience using common business software

• Bachelor's degree of equivalent
