Job Responsibilities and Duties
Manage, inspire, and support a team of sales representatives to achieve performance goals;
Plan and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth;
Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and maintain an appealing showroom environment;
Foster long-lasting client relationships while addressing and resolving customer issues promptly;
Evaluate sales performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement;
Work closely with marketing, inventory, and senior management to align on business objectives;
Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and development of new team members.
Experience
Possess 3 – 5 years of proven experience in sales leadership, ideally within the furniture or retail sector;
Skilled in using CRM tools and analyzing sales data for performance tracking;
Knowledge of marketing principles is considered a valuable asset;
Italian language proficiency would be advantageous.
Personal Skills
Strong team leadership, communication, and relationship-building capabilities;
Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving;
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and retail shifts;
A genuine interest in furniture, interior design, and home styling is a plus.
