Our client is looking to employ a Sales Manager to lead the company’s sales strategy and to provide the right insights to generate further demands, leads and revenues.  

Responsabilites:

  • Devising strategies and techniques necessary for achieving sales targets and deciding on the future course of action for the sales team. 
  • Achieving realistic and achievable sales targets through planning and budgeting. 
  • Mapping existing and potential customers and generating demands, leads, and revenues for the organization, looking forward to generating new opportunities for the organization. 
  • Reviewing current initiatives to effectively improve the sales function of the organisation, both wholesale and retail, and monitoring the implementation of new processes and related workflows. 
  • Be actively involved in Project Management and to ensure that sales strategies are aligned with operational demands.  

Skillset & Requirements

  • Have a positive approach to leading people.
  • Must have clear and concise Maltese and English communication skills.

Education & Experience

  • Experience in a leadership function.
  • Proven Sales expertise.
  • Have experience with managing projects, from initiation to closure.
  • Previous epxerience in a similar industry.
