Retail Manager

Fullphat Creative in Malta is looking to recruit a Retail Manager to join their team on a full-time basis. 

Some of the duties the candidate would be responsible for/to: 

• The day-to-day running of the shop, including shop merchandising,
• Delivering decor items to different venues and aid with a creative setup
• Suggesting event plans and concepts
• Managing a team to meet client expectations and reach sales targets

*Above all, the person must have a flair for creativity and all things lush and be able to be driven by KPIs that boil down to the bottom line. 

Experience:

• 3+ years in retail

• Mature, professional, and smart
• Strong communication skills and ability to drive and lead a team
• Creative and willing to research and experiment with trends in event decor
