As the Sales Manager within a reputable automotive company you will be responsible for the whole sales process of selected brands.
Main duties include the below:
- Establish, implement and monitor the sales plan
- Coordination of all vechile deliveries to the client
- Ensure the showroom and delivery areas within your designation are kept to the highest possible standards
- Liaising closely with all parties - internal departments, suppliers and intermediary companies
- Training and sharing feedback on sales and individual performance with the team
- Keeping abreast with brand guidelines and ensuring these are met at all times
- Support the marketing team with the drawing up plans for product launches, advertising, promotions and outdoor sales activities
- Manage adequate stock levels and ensuring that demand vs projected delivery targets are met
Working Hours: Retail hours but there is an element of flexibility.
Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00 / Saturday 09:00 to noon
3hrs time off every week are given to compensate for the extra hours worked on Saturday
Roster agreed in advance for half day off during the week
