Sales / Letting Agents

Our client, a leading payer within the Real Estate industry, is seeking to recruit a number of experienced Sales and Letting Agents. Forming part of one of their numerous branches, your duties will include;

• Sourcing and building customer database
• Sourcing properties for sale or to let
• Visiting, photographing and registering properties on to the FSRE database
• Updating old listings
• Preparing lists of suggested properties for clients and take clients to view properties for sale or to let
• Attending meetings to close negotiations
• Assisting clients where necessary in relation to bank loans etc.
• Drafting lease agreements
• Advertising properties on social media and other media
