On behalf of Personas Agency Limited client in Malta, they are looking to recruit a Sales Executive for a software solution that assists accountants, auditors, law firms, and other corporate services providers with managing their compliance obligations.
This is a growing market in which the company has been successful both locally and overseas and now requires a Sales Executive to manage increasing demand for the product in Malta and in a number of promising markets.
Job Role:
On a daily basis, the selected individual will be working on leads generated by Marketing as well as identifying new opportunities to build pipelines and achieve the required KPIs. The role requires researching information about target prospects and reaching out to them through email, networking, social media, or cold calling. Following these initial steps, leads would need to be followed up, and the necessary information provided to move them through the different stages up to closing the sale. This would include providing a demo of the product based on the prospects’ needs. The Inside Sales Executive would also need to work with Marketing to come up with marketing assets and campaigns, as well as keep the CRM database up-to-date.
*The role can be at their office or remote, or a combination of both.
Requirements:
While ideally, the selected individual would have one to two years of experience in a technology-based sales role, we are also open to individuals with no prior experience, but with the right skills and aptitude, who are determined to succeed in this role.
