Sales & Design Consultant

Job Description
MICRA Limited in Malta is looking to recruit a highly motivated Sales & Design Consultant to join their Sales and Design team on a full-time basis.

Job Role: 
The applicants will be working within our home division predominantly selling kitchens together with bedrooms and living room furniture. He / She must be a confident and creative individual that understands the importance of connecting with customers, understand their needs, and gets great satisfaction from transforming their furnishing dream into reality. Applicants with previous experience in a similar position will be given preference.

Skills and Experience:

• Ability to communicate articulately and enthusiastically with clients and colleagues, both written and verbally;
• Strong interpersonal skills and confident personality;
• Able to learn quickly and identify potential opportunities for growth;
• Self-motivated with an ability to prioritise and manage time effectively;
• Ability to think on feet to identify opportunities to up-sell;
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment;
• Inquisitive with active, perceptive listening skills in order to ask some probing questions to establish the customer's needs and build a relationship.
