Simonds Farsons Cisk Plc in Malta is looking to recruit a Sales Coordinator - Spirits to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Role:
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the selected candidate will be required to execute the sales strategy of the company for the spirits sector, increase sales, and maintain good customer relationships at all times, delivering high standards of customer service and if necessary act as a team leader in the within the specific sector for sales representatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Commercial Manager with the implementation and selling of brands and in directing the sales team to achieve specific targets and/or objectives;
  • Build excellent relationships and work closely with top clients, providing quotes to all new and existing accounts as required;
  • Assist dissatisfied customers with a prompt resolution and continuously follow up on sales calls in order to ensure customer satisfaction;
  • Ensure product and channel strategies, executing promotions as directed by brand executives;
  • Assist marketing executives in the issuing and distribution of POS material to trade as well as to sales reps;
  • Implement price and promotional campaigns on the market, ensure merchandising material is properly displayed optimize brand exposure, and report any prevailing business trends and competitor activities;
  • Monitor trade inventory levels of products and POS to anticipate out-of-stock situations;
  • Monitor company assets on the market via relative customer sales and also monitor and report any mismanagement of these assets to the management;
  • Execute experiential programs for consumers, bartenders, and trade, including the company's drink strategy;


Requirements:

  • Have a minimum of an Advanced Level standard of education or equivalent;
  • Possess very strong leadership skills, team facilitation, and problem-solving skills;
  • Be an excellent communicator both verbally & in writing;
  • Be flexible to meet up with customers as required;
  • Have full proficiency in all office procedures and other administrative duties.
  • Experience in sales in the Spirit industry will be considered an asset.
