Toly Products Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit a Sales Coordinator to join their team on a full-time basis. 

Key Accountabilities Include:
  • Support the Malta Sales Team to meet their annual sales goals
  • Coordinate all samples, quotations, and color matching processes to ensure the sales teams win new business 
  • Follow up on opportunities, open quotations and liaise with the customers until the business is won
  • Generate and review sale history reports and produce any other requested reports
  • Set up new accounts in CRM and complete customer profiles
  • Track leads, new projects, and follow up as directed
 
Requirements:
  • In possession of a diploma or a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or equivalent
  • Have ideally a minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination between customers and manufacturing plants
  • Excellent project management experience
  • Be eager to learn all about the beauty industry
  • Have an analytic mindset and be attentive to detail.
