Toly Products Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit a Sales Coordinator to join their team on a full-time basis.
Key Accountabilities Include:
Support the Malta Sales Team to meet their annual sales goals
Coordinate all samples, quotations, and color matching processes to ensure the sales teams win new business
Follow up on opportunities, open quotations and liaise with the customers until the business is won
Generate and review sale history reports and produce any other requested reports
Set up new accounts in CRM and complete customer profiles
Track leads, new projects, and follow up as directed
Requirements:
In possession of a diploma or a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or equivalent
Have ideally a minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination between customers and manufacturing plants
Excellent project management experience
Be eager to learn all about the beauty industry
Have an analytic mindset and be attentive to detail.
