The Role
- Take on enquiries from customers and see to their needs in a timely manner
- Quote transportation rates to clients
- Handle the necessary documentation and ensure that all is kept in line with internal procedures
- Help out other team members with their workload when the need arises
- Ensure that all administration related duties are done in a timely manner
