Sales Consultant

Job Description
Interior Outfitters Limited in Malta is a young and fast-growing home decoration and soft furnishings company, and they are urgently looking to recruit a Sales Consultant to form part of their sales and administration team.

The Sales Consultant will be responsible for:

• Meeting with clients and identifying their needs;
• Maintaining updated and organized client files;
• Maintaining the studio, making sure that everything is in order;
• Co-ordinating effectively with different departments when necessary;
• Preparation of quotes and follow-ups to be done accordingly with, both current and prospective clients;
• Day-to-day administration work might be required from time to time.

Key requirements:

• Being organized, flexible, and able to work on own initiative and attention to detail is a must;
• Must have good interpersonal skills, be highly motivated, hard-working, and presentable;
• Must have an interest in interior design and soft furnishings;
• Be computer literate, especially in Excel;
• Be fluent in written and spoken English. Fluency in Maltese, both written and verbal, will be considered an asset;
• Must be a team player;
• The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar position.
