Sales Assistant

As a Sales Assistant at MOM & POP, you will play a key role in delivering a friendly and professional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include greeting and assisting customers, processing sales at the cash register, restocking shelves, managing inventory, and ensuring the shop is kept clean and presentable at all times.

You will also handle orders via delivery platforms (Wolt/Bolt), follow daily opening and closing procedures, and adhere to all company policies, including ID checks for age-restricted products. A flexible and proactive attitude is essential, as the role may require weekend and evening shifts. Basic knowledge of digital point-of-sale systems is an advantage.
