Our client a leader in the Real Estate industry is looking for Sales and Rental Property Agents on a Full-Time or Part-Time basis who will be based in Gozo to join their growing team
Responsibilities:
Source and list properties for sale or rent.
Create and manage property listings across various platforms, including online portals and social media.
Organize and manage property viewings for interested parties.
Establish and maintain relationships with property owners, buyers, and tenants.
Provide expert advice to clients regarding property values, market trends, and legal requirements.
Assist clients in understanding the terms of contracts and the legal aspects of transactions.
Regularly communicate with clients to keep them informed of the status of their property transactions.
Negotiate sale or rental prices and terms on behalf of clients.
Prepare and present offers to property owners, ensuring that all legal and financial requirements are met.
Oversee the drafting and finalization of contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
Coordinate with legal professionals, surveyors, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transaction
Stay updated on current market conditions, property values, and new developments in the real estate market.
Conduct comparative market analysis to determine the value of properties.
Provide clients with market insights and advice to help them make informed decisions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and client interactions.
Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Handle any post-sale or post-rental issues that may arise, ensuring client satisfaction.
Requirements
Whilst proven experience as a real estate agent is an asset, training will be provided to candidates without experience
Good negotiation and communication skills.
Well presented and confident
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Able to communicate and write in English
Valid Driving Licence and must own a car
Local Experience is Ideal
