Vivendo Group in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Sales and Design Consultant (B2B Division) to join their team on a full-time basis.

Vivendo Group is Malta’s leading furniture organization. Within our B2B division, we specialize in the end-to-end provision of technical services, finishing, and furnishing to the B2B industry; focusing on three main areas: Workspaces, Hospitality, and Wellness. Our team aspires to create spaces that look and work beautifully, providing solutions for every environment. We do this by nurturing a team of experts who, by a clever combination of experience and intuition, walk hand-in-hand with our clients to craft environments worth living in. 

Job Role:
The Sales and Design Consultant will be expected to handle sales enquiries across different communication channels (such as walk-in clients, email, and telephone enquiries). S/he will also be expected to maintain relationships with the existing business-to-business customers, create new relationships with prospective new companies, whilst always providing an efficient and professional service. The selected candidate will be expected to close sales and give excellent customer service and advice through their knowledge of the wide range of products.  

Applicants should:  

  • Have a flair for sales and design 
  • Have an eye for detail;
  • Be assertive, proactive and self-motivated;  
  • Have the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients;  
  • Be an effective team player;  
  • Be target-oriented and results-driven;
  • Be fluent in Maltese and English and preferably Italian;
  • Have excellent customer service skills;
  • Be computer literate, preferably having ECDL certification;
  • Have a minimum ‘A’ Level standard of education/ Diploma – MQF Level 4;
  • Preferably have 2 years’ sales experience within a related industry.
