Sales and Delivery Representative - Reliever (Quintano Foods Ltd)

A vacancy has arisen for the post of Sales and Delivery Representative - Reliever (with C1 licence)) within Quintano Foods Ltd. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for relieving On The Spot / Dry sales team during their planned leave and sick leave, ensuring visibility, achievement of sales targets and delivery of high-quality customer service to the existent and potential clients. He/ she will also be responsible for collection of receivables and the key source of information for movement of goods/brand.

The selected candidate will be required to:

• Step in promptly to cover sales responsibilities during unexpected/planned staff leaves.

• Maintain a positive customer experience by engaging with clients effectively.

• Ensure seamless transactions and uphold service standards in the absence of regular staff.

• Follow company sales procedures and policies meticulously to maintain consistency.

• Collaborate with existing team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient work environment.

• Contribute to team goals and objectives during the absence of team members.

• Contribute to the overall success of the sales team during leave periods.

• Adapt quickly to the specific needs and dynamics of the sales role during temporary assignments.

• Demonstrate flexibility and resilience in managing sales tasks during staff leaves.

• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members.

• Provide necessary information to ensure a smooth transition and continuity in sales operations.

• Address challenges independently, finding solutions to maintain sales efficiency.

• Troubleshoot issues that may arise during the absence of regular staff.

 

The selected candidate will:

• Possess experience in the sales sector;

• Have excellent communication and negotiation skills;

• Be self-motivated; show initiative, be results motivated and capable to work both within a professional team and
independently;

• Be proficient in using Microsoft applications and contact management software;

• Have a valid C1 driving licence and CPC.
