We are seeking motivated, responsible, and energetic Real Estate Sales Specialists to join our Gzira Branch full-time. • Assist clients in buying and selling residential and commercial properties
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Prospect and secure new property listings
• Manage the full sales process, from client engagement to deal closure
• Work both independently and as part of a supportive, dynamic team

Salary Type: Commission-based (with unlimited earning potential)

Currency: E U R O

Gross Salary Range: 30,000 – 50,000+ (depending on performance)

• Positive, outgoing, and confident personality
• Strong motivation and a results-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• A team player who can also work independently
• Sales experience in any field is an advantage, but not required
• Fluent in English (other languages are a strong plus)
• Comfortable with computers and online tools
• Must already be living in Malta
