Sales Agent

Our client, a local, growing Company is looking for a Sales Agent to ensure customer retention & satisfaction through consistent and effective business relations. Reporting to the Customer Retention Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include: 

• Communicating with clients through phone calls and/or email correspondence on a daily basis
• Creating, sharing & following-up on quotations 
• Handling incoming & outgoing sales calls to existing clientele & ensuring that the personal budget for each is adhered to
• Maintaining relationships with clients through proper up-selling, providing solutions, information, guidance & support.
• Staying up-to-date & participating in the promotion of the relevant products & services
• Preparing the agenda & attending regular management meetings 
• Maintaining accurate records of sales activities & other relevant documentation

• Previous work experience in a similar position would be a huge plus
• Excellent command of English; Maltese would be preferred
• Proficient in MS tools
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to take initiative, multi-task and prioritize tasks
• Customer & sales-oriented

• O' Level Standard of Education
• Be in possession of ECDL qualification

• 0.27% Commission on sales
• 1% commission on leads transferred upon sale
• Performance bonus
