Our client, a strongly established company in various areas such as vehicle leasing, vehicle maintenance and property investments is seeking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join their growing team. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, your duties will include:

  • Be the first point of contact to walk-ins, email and phone inquiries, understanding client's needs and issuing quotes accordingly whilst up-selling and cross-selling with other products and services that can be offered. 
  • Maintaining a polished display and a well kept stock area.
  • Supporting the Sales Manager with daily ad-hoc tasks such as reports, vehicle registrations and stock management.
  • Generating new leads by staying informed with current market needs and expectations and being curious about all characteristics found in commercial vehicles, accessories and services the company has to offer. 
  • Liaising internally with different departments as needed, to ensure the best possible results. 
  • Follow up on pending quotes and update the Sales Manager accordingly. 
  • Maintaining the website with new / sold stock & other online marketing.
  • Adheres to Company’s quality procedures and policies including Health & Safety.
  • Supporting any other duties assigned by the management.
  • Accompany clients on test drives.
  • Keeping a positive and on-going relationship with existing and new clients.

 

Skillset & Requirements 

  • Motivated and eager to learn about new products and services
  • Professional and tidy appearance with a positive and outgoing attitude
  • Able to work independently and in a team 

 

Education & Experience

  • Strong verbal and written communication in both Maltese and English. Italian will be considered as an asset. 
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft office Is a must
  • Must have valid driving license
  • A proven track record in the automotive industry or vehicle sales will be considered an asset
  • Must be based in Malta.

Working hours:

Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00

Saturdays: 08:00 - 12:00 (paid overtime)
