Job Vacancy: Sales Administrator
We are ICT Solutions - our focus is on delivering innovative technology solutions to the business world, and we're excellent at it. We are passionate about our people, we are bold, and we love a challenge. We are seeking to grow the Sales Team and are looking for a motivated individual to join us as a Sales Administrator. Acting as an administrative assistant to the Sales Team, the Sales Administrator facilitates collaboration within the team whilst also liaising between the Sales Team and other teams within the Company.
What you'll do:
Manage and close new sales opportunities.
Understand customer needs and requirements and route any complex leads and opportunities to other members of the sales team for further development and closure.
Manage and develop, together with other members, sales quotations.
Formulate client contracts, sales orders, and other sales-related documentation.
Maintain Company's CRM systems ensuring updates of relevant data.
Ensure that KPI targets are met on a regular basis.
Assist in the dispatch process of tickets to technical teams including triaging via phone or email.
Work closely and build strong relationships with suppliers.
Assist and participate in the implementation of sales and marketing plans in line with the Company's business strategies.

Have an eye for detail and an ability to ensure quick and accurate entry of data.
Have a talent for preparing written communications and materials.
Show an ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to changes.
Are organised and have good interpersonal skills including telephony, active listening, and customer care.
You pride yourself on being self-motivated and have the ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
You appreciate the value of technology and like understanding how businesses work.
A one-year experience in a similar role will be considered an asset.
