Vi söker dig som har tidigare erfarenhet av försäljning, talar flytande svenska, brinner för att arbeta med provisioner och vill styra över din egen lön. Som säljare kommer du att arbeta med vår kunds kunder över telefon. De har visat intresse för att lära sig att investera. Du kommer då att hjälpa dem att registrera sitt konto och börja investera på deras plattform. Har du ett privat intresse eller erfarenhet av ekonomi är det meriterande men inget måste då de erbjuder utbildning på plats. Vi ser gärna att du är självgående, tar ansvar och har god samarbetsförmåga samt flytande svenska.
Du kommer att ingå i ett dynamiskt och hungrigt team som arbetar mot både gruppmålen, såväl som dina egna personliga mål varje månad. De har även spännande dagliga och veckovisa tävlingar.
We are looking for a Sales Agent - Swedish Speaking who is passionate about working on commissions and wants to control his/her own salary. As a sales agent, you will work with our client's potential customers over the telephone. You will show an interest to learn how to invest. You will then help them register their accounts and start investing on our client's platform. If you have a private interest or experience in finance, it is a merit but not a must as our client offers on-site training. You are self-sufficient, responsible and have good cooperative ability, and master Swedish at a fluent level. You will be part of a dynamic and hungry team that works towards both group goals and their own personal goals every month.
ABOUT OUR CLIENT:
Our client is an outsourcing company who specializes in financial services and client relations and is located in Gavle, Sweden.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
- Previous experience in sales would be a plus.
- Fluency in Swedish is a must.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Excellent communication ability and being able to meet all types of people.
- Good at customer contact and accommodating.
- Be able to work and deliver under pressure.
- Eligibility to live and work in Sweden.
- Applications/Resumes should be in English.
EDUCATION:
- A Bachelor's degree in Economics / Finance (Not mandatory).
WORKING TIME:
- Monday to Thursday from 10:00 to 19:00 and Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 with 1 hour break.
SALARY AND BENEFITS:
- SEK 20500 p.m. plus commissions.
- Monthly performance Bonus.
