Russian-Speaking Account Manager Full Time (Onsite, Malta)

Our client is a growing tech-platform operating out of Malta, offering operators a seamless, single-integration gateway to a wide array of online casino/gaming content. Their focus is on simplifying access for partners by reducing complexity and cost, while maintaining high standards of service, reliability, and client support. They are a compact, agile team, always innovating and expanding.

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Russian-Speaking Account Manager to join our clients growing team in Malta. No industry experience is required if you are client-focused, adaptable, and fluent in Russian, this could be a great opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for Russian-speaking clients, ensuring excellent communication and client satisfaction.
• Manage client inquiries and projects end-to-end respond to requests, follow up, and ensure expectations are met.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to help grow client accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth coordination and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate client records and track all interactions in the CRM system.
• Monitor account performance, provide updates, and proactively suggest improvements.

• Fluency in Russian and English (both written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
