Eurosport, specialists, and market leaders in sports retail in Malta are looking to recruit an experienced Retail Team Leader on a full-time, 40hr/wk basis.
Job Role:
Reporting to the Retail Operations Manager, the basic function of this role is to properly portray the Company’s professional image and help the Company in the day-to-day running of the shop. The ideal candidate is outgoing and welcoming, always with a smile and acting as the main point of contact between the company and our esteemed customers. It is imperative that applicants are smart, well-groomed, hardworking, and passionate about our brands.
Main Responsibilities:
Ensuring that the outlet is professionally presented and that displays are visible throughout the retail area;
Ensuring that the outlet is fully stocked and that regular automatic transfers are done;
Visual merchandising;
Monitoring of Sales Turnover;
Training and Development of shop staff;
Reporting and administration, as required.
Prospective candidates should:
Be fluent in English or Maltese, or both;
Have at least three (3) years experience in retail;
Be passionate about leading others towards providing excellent customer service;
Be confident working within a team;
Be able to work flexible hours, based on the weekly roster;
Work on their own initiative.
