Mercury Towers Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Retail Sales Associate to join their team on a full-time basis.

At Mercury Towers, our aim is to engage and nurture extraordinary talent, to breathe life into this extraordinary vision. We are now looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join our energetic team. This store is a souvenir toy shop with colourful, witty and relevant toys to today's culture. 

JOB OVERVIEW:
Our brand-new store offers a wide range of products and promises an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be at the forefront of delivering excellent customer service and helping shoppers find the perfect products.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide product knowledge and guidance to customers, ensuring they have a positive shopping experience
• Process sales transactions and stock transfers accurately and efficiently using the POS system
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store and merchandise displays
• Stay up to date with product information and promotions
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives
• Performs other duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• The ideal candidate must have previous retail or customer service experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and approachable attitude
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
