Retail Sales Assistants

Job Description
As part of our strategy for growth, we are currently seeking to recruit Retail Sales Assistants – Luxury Brandsfor our Sarto and Hugo Boss retail outlets.

The Position:
The Retail Sales Assistant is responsible to represent our luxury and premium brands, ensuring an excellent customer experience and contributing to the success of our stores. They will be expected to sell and promote our products and assist customers with their requirements, assist in the general upkeep of the store and ensure the proper care and presentation of our garments, as per brand guidelines.

Sarto is a luxury boutique concept which represents some of the world’s most illustrious fashion houses. Its flagship store is located in the heart of Julians in Malta. Set across two floors, Sarto houses curated edits of the latest designer collections, hand-picked from the runways and showrooms of Paris, London, and Milan.

Since its inception in 2012, Sarto has become the destination of choice for the style-savvy and fashion aficionados alike. Today, Sarto proudly carries brands such as Burberry, Dolce & Gabbana, Ermenegildo Zegna, Fendi, Moncler, Saint Laurent, Stella McCartney, Valentino, Hugo Boss and Wolford, among others.

The Requirements:
The selected candidate must have a flair for fashion, a love of luxury and premium brands and a passion for sales. She/He must be fluent in English and Maltese ideally, computer literate and ideally have previous experience in premium fashion retail outlets.

This position calls for an individual having a pleasant personality, a strong sense of style who is in tune with the latest fashion trends, and an eye for visual merchandising together with excellent sales and customer care skills, be able to assist our customers with their requirements.
