Retail Management

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the retail store, ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates to boost sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales performance.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to ensure optimal product availability.
• Collaborate with upper management to develop and execute promotional campaigns and store initiatives.
• Step in to welcome and assist clients as needed, in person or over phone calls or other communication channels.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail management or a similar role.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for creating a positive shopping experience.
• Fluent in English, verbal and written.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
• A passion for plants and gardening is a plus.
