It is where we build friendly customer service relationships by answering service inquiries and through the processing of bill payments. What we are looking for:
- Identify customer needs and define the possible packages suitable for them and their household;
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through a friendly attitude;
- Ensure that customer inquiries are explained and solutions are provided.
