Melita Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Retail Customer Advisor to join their team on a full-time basis.

- Identify customer needs and define the possible packages suitable for them and their household;
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through a friendly attitude;
- Ensure that customer inquiries are explained and solutions are provided.
