Founded in 2021, we are an end-to-end recruitment and HR firm helping candidates & clients navigate their growth! Now a happy team of 5, we're looking for another Recruitment Consultant to join our team. 🎉

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be:

• Working closely with our amazing clients to help find the best possible talent for their team

• Headhunting candidates utilising a variety of platforms and avenues

• Guiding and advising candidates through their career journey

• Offering a consultative approach to clients, supporting them through the recruitment process

• Identifying new clients and converting leads into business relationships

• Maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates

• Supporting in the development of the Company's brand position 

• Participating and attending in networking events where possible

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a background in sales - real estate, recruitment, account management, BD or similar

• Is a super fun, upbeat personality that would fit right in with our team

• Is target-driven & accustomed to working towards achieving their goals

• Is comfortable speaking on the phone and keen on building relationships

• Lives and has worked in Malta, as an understanding of the Maltese market is necessary 

• Has a strong attention to detail, organised and takes pride in ensuring top-quality work

• Is super efficient with Microsoft Office and overall tech-savvy

This role is offered on a commission basis with a high earning potential, while operating expenses are covered by the business. This is therefore ideal for someone that wants to venture out into self employment, but would prefer transitioning within a supportive & experienced ecosystem.
