Pharma.MT is a young, dynamic, results focus pharma and cosmetics importer and distributor. As we seek to grow the company further, the company is looking to recruit a part-time/full-time reduced hours, Medical and Sales Representative to work as part of its Sales team in Gozo.

As a Medical and Sales Representative you will be expected to:
  • Develop Pharma.MT Brands with healthcare professionals and pharmacies
  • Develop campaigns and execute marketing strategies to ensure the growth of the brands
  • Proactively look for opportunities to expand the sales network
  • Engage with users to ensure effective use of products and healthy lifestyle
  • Monitor competitor activity
  • Present and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective clients
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships with businesses located in Gozo
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Be available to support clients as needed
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback.

The selected candidate shall have:
  • Ideally in possession of a Science Degree in a field related to Pharma or a business degree
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Highly motivated and target driven
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Prioritising, time management, and organizational skills
  • Can do attitude
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Have a good understanding of commercial dealing
  • Strong interpersonal skills and offering exceptional customer service on all customer-related queries
  • Driving License
  • Previous experience in a similar position is an advantage.

*Full Product training will be provided. An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the right candidate.
