Pharma.MT is a young, dynamic, results focus pharma and cosmetics importer and distributor. As we seek to grow the company further, the company is looking to recruit a part-time/full-time reduced hours, Medical and Sales Representative to work as part of its Sales team in Gozo.
As a Medical and Sales Representative you will be expected to:
Develop Pharma.MT Brands with healthcare professionals and pharmacies
Develop campaigns and execute marketing strategies to ensure the growth of the brands
Proactively look for opportunities to expand the sales network
Engage with users to ensure effective use of products and healthy lifestyle
Monitor competitor activity
Present and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective clients
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships with businesses located in Gozo
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Be available to support clients as needed
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
Coordinate sales efforts with team members
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Continuously improve through feedback.
The selected candidate shall have:
Ideally in possession of a Science Degree in a field related to Pharma or a business degree
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office
Highly motivated and target driven
Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
Prioritising, time management, and organizational skills
Can do attitude
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Have a good understanding of commercial dealing
Strong interpersonal skills and offering exceptional customer service on all customer-related queries
Driving License
Previous experience in a similar position is an advantage.
