SMS Group Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit a Key Account Manager to join their team on a full-time indefinite basis. The chosen candidate will manage the day-to-day tasks within our incoming operations department for a key account.
The tasks will include:
- Managing the key account of a tour operator
- Maintaining systems in-house and extra-nets
- Monitoring, updating, and negotiating hotel inventory
- Organising itineraries for meetings, hotel visits, and fam trips.
Requirements:
- Proficient user of Microsoft applications
- Basic technical and logical problem solving
- Have a professional way of answering phone calls and emails
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
- Minimum level 4 MQF level, anything further is beneficial
- Other languages such as Maltese, French, or German are an asset.
- Experience in the local tourism industry is considered an asset.
