In-Store Promotions Co-Ordinator
Sloane Limited is looking to recruit an In-Store Promotions Co-Ordinator on a part-time casual basis (Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday from 08:30AM to 01:30PM) within its Kwiksave & In-Store Promotions Department.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Liaise with the Sales Department to plan required promotions on a weekly basis
- Plan sampling sessions, in conjunction with the Sales Department, as part of the planned weekly promotions
- Booking and confirm promotions with various outlets
- Co-ordinate product knowledge sessions for In-Store Promoters
- Prepare a delivery schedule for all equipment in relation to any planned in-store promotions, purchasing of consumables and any equipment needed, and co-ordinating the maintenance of stands. Conduct random field visits to ensure that promotions are running smoothly
- Assist in the hiring process for new In-Store Promoters and training of staff.
YOUR PROFILE:
- O-Level standard of education
- Fluent in both written and verbal English and Maltese
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office – especially Microsoft Excel
- In possession of a valid driving licence
- Experience in sales and administration
- Experience in leading a team is considered an asset.
