Sunspot Tours Malta Ltd is currently looking for a Hotel Representative to join their team on a full-time basis.
*Candidates will only be shortlisted if they are living in Malta, has a good level of Maltese and English, owns a car, and knows the island well.
Job Role:
Applicants must be able to speak, read and write in English, and having a basic understanding of the Maltese language will be considered favorable. The candidate must excel in, and be passionate about, delivering outstanding customer service with a can-do attitude.
Responsibilities:
Being the central point of contact and having knowledge of the resort
Representing the company in a professional, well-presented manner at all times in compliance with the company uniform policy
Organising, promoting, and conducting welcome meetings
Sales of tours
Ensuring that all customer complaints are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
Possess strong social and 'people' skills and be cheerful/outgoing
Be motivated / passionate / enthusiastic
Be able to work alone and as part of a team
Be able to cope under pressure
Possess good communication skills
Have sales experience
Be fluent in English with a good understanding of Maltese and any other language would be considered an asset
Be computer literate
Hold a clean driving license and possess your own car
Previous experience in a similar post would be preferential.
Salary and Benefits:
Starting from €1000 monthly gross salary, plus commission on sold tours
Monthly mobile and fuel allowance is also given.
